SkyStop is currently operating in Simulation Mode. No financial transactions occur on this platform. We do not collect payment information, government-issued ID, or KYC documentation in Simulation Mode. Data collection is limited to account registration and usage information as described below.

SkyStop ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use the SkyStop Simulation Platform ("Simulator"), available at skystop.app. By using the Simulator you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

Practice Position resolution is performed automatically using real flight status data obtained from designated third-party data providers. The flight data used for resolution is not personal information and is not linked to your identity beyond the context of your specific Practice Position. SkyStop does not share your simulation activity with airlines or other travel industry entities.

6. SIMULATED POOL AND SSKP TOKEN DATA

Your simulated SSKP token holdings, simulated pool activity, and Practice Position history are stored on our platform and associated with your account. This information is used solely to display your Simulator portfolio and track simulated performance. Aggregate, anonymized simulation data may be published for transparency and marketing purposes but will not identify individual users.

Simulation Data Only:

Simulated portfolio data, virtual balances, and simulated SSKP token holdings have no monetary value and create no rights or entitlements on the live platform.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your information for as long as necessary to operate the Simulator and communicate with you about the live platform launch. Specifically:

Because no financial transactions occur in Simulation Mode, the extended regulatory retention periods that apply to KYC documents and transaction records on the live platform do not apply here.

The Simulator is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor please contact us immediately at support@skystop.app and we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

The Simulator may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Simulator. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

14. TRANSITION TO LIVE PLATFORM

When the live SkyStop platform launches, a separate and more comprehensive Privacy Policy will apply reflecting the full data collection requirements of a licensed financial platform, including KYC documentation, payment data, and regulatory reporting obligations. Simulator users will be notified of the updated Policy and asked to provide consent before accessing live platform features.

What changes at launch:

The live platform will require collection of government-issued ID, full legal name, date of birth, payment information, and other data necessary for KYC/AML compliance. These requirements do not apply in Simulation Mode.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Policy on the Simulator and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Simulator after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
