1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the SkyStop Simulation Platform ("Simulator"), available at skystop.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Simulator. SkyStop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Simulator following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

SkyStop Simulator is a free educational simulation tool that models a flight disruption prediction market using real historical and live flight data. Users practice placing simulated hedges ("Practice Positions") on real flight outcomes using virtual currency ("Simulated Funds") with no monetary value.

The Simulator is designed to:

• Familiarize users with how the SkyStop platform will operate at launch
• Demonstrate how protection tiers, payout multipliers, and automatic settlement work in practice
• Allow users to track simulated portfolio performance based on real flight outcomes

SkyStop Simulator is not a prediction market, gambling platform, insurance product, investment service, or financial instrument. No real money is involved at any stage.

3. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND SIMULATED FUNDS

All activity on the Simulator uses Simulated Funds denominated in virtual currency with no monetary value. Specifically:

• Simulated Funds cannot be converted to real currency, cryptocurrency, or any item of real-world value
• Simulated Funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Simulator
• Simulated payouts and portfolio balances are for informational and educational purposes only
• SkyStop does not accept, hold, or transmit real money in connection with the Simulator
• Past Simulator performance does not reflect or predict future performance of the live SkyStop platform

4. ELIGIBILITY

To use the Simulator you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher
• Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

Because the Simulator involves no real money and no financial transactions, geographic restrictions applicable to the live SkyStop platform do not apply to Simulator access. However, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Simulator complies with applicable local laws.

5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users may register for a Simulator account using an email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify SkyStop immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. PRACTICE POSITIONS AND SIMULATED PAYOUTS

6.1 Placement

Practice Positions must be placed before the simulated market closing time, which is 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the relevant flight. Once placed, Practice Positions are final within the Simulator and cannot be modified.

6.2 Resolution

Practice Positions are resolved automatically based on real flight status data provided by our third-party data providers. Resolution occurs approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of the relevant flight. SkyStop's determination based on data provider information is final within the Simulator.

6.3 Protection Tiers

Simulated payouts are determined by the protection tier selected at the time of Practice Position placement:

• >= 15 minutes late — also triggered by cancellation
• >= 30 minutes late — also triggered by cancellation
• >= 60 minutes late — also triggered by cancellation
• >= 120 minutes late — also triggered by cancellation
• Cancelled — flight cancellation only; delays do not qualify

A simulated payout is triggered only for the specific tier selected. Payout multipliers displayed in the Simulator reflect the live platform's intended economics and are subject to change prior to launch.

6.4 Data Dependency

The Simulator relies on third-party flight data for resolution. In the event of data unavailability, discrepancy, or system outage, SkyStop reserves the right to delay resolution, void a Practice Position, or restore Simulated Funds at its sole discretion. These events have no financial consequence to users.

7. FEES

The SkyStop Simulator is entirely free to use. No fees, charges, or payments of any kind are collected in connection with Simulator use. Fee structures displayed within the Simulator (platform fee, settlement fee, conversion spread) reflect the intended economics of the live platform and are shown for informational purposes only.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the Simulator for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial simulation and education
• Attempt to manipulate flight data, Simulator outcomes, or leaderboard standings
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages within the Simulator
• Use automated systems to place Practice Positions without prior written consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise Simulator security
• Represent to any third party that Simulated Funds, simulated SSKP tokens, or Simulator performance have real monetary value
• Use the Simulator in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

9. DATA AND PRIVACY

SkyStop collects account registration information and usage data in connection with Simulator use. This information is used to operate the Simulator, improve the platform, and communicate with users about the live SkyStop launch. SkyStop does not sell user data to third parties. By registering for the Simulator, you consent to receiving updates about the SkyStop platform launch. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, technology, trademarks, odds models, simulation engine, flight data processing systems, and intellectual property on the Simulator are the exclusive property of SkyStop Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Simulator for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Simulator content without prior written consent.

11. DISCLAIMERS

THE SIMULATOR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SKYSTOP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SIMULATOR'S AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS. SKYSTOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT FLIGHT DATA USED FOR PRACTICE POSITION RESOLUTION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.

SIMULATOR RESULTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE AND DO NOT PREDICT OR GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME ON THE LIVE SKYSTOP PLATFORM. THE LIVE PLATFORM'S TERMS, FEES, ODDS, AND MECHANICS MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE DEPICTED IN THE SIMULATOR.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BECAUSE THE SIMULATOR INVOLVES NO REAL MONEY AND NO FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS, SKYSTOP'S LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SIMULATOR USE IS INHERENTLY LIMITED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYSTOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SIMULATOR. SKYSTOP'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00).

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyStop Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Simulator, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Simulator shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action litigation against SkyStop. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. RESPONSIBLE USE

SkyStop is committed to responsible platform design. The Simulator is a free educational tool with no real financial stakes. If you have concerns about your use of prediction market platforms generally, resources are available at support@skystop.app.

The Simulator does not constitute gambling. No money is wagered, won, or lost.

16. TERMINATION

SkyStop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Simulator account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Because no real funds are involved, termination carries no financial consequence to users beyond the loss of Simulator access and Simulated Fund balances.

17. TRANSITION TO LIVE PLATFORM

These Terms govern Simulator use only. When the live SkyStop platform launches, separate Terms of Service will apply. Simulator account holders will be notified of the live launch and will be required to agree to the live platform Terms, complete full KYC/AML verification, and comply with all applicable geographic and regulatory requirements before accessing real-money features.

Simulated Funds and simulated SSKP token balances accumulated during Simulator use do not transfer to the live platform and carry no monetary value or entitlement of any kind.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. The governing jurisdiction for the live SkyStop platform will be updated to reflect SkyStop's registered operating jurisdiction upon launch.
